Walk by Faith not by Sight

In today's century, we are blinded by what we see, hear and speak. Reason being, most of us have lost faith. Many of us have found faith in different religions because of either hatred or jealousy. Sometimes we lose faith because of trust, judgement, disgrace, abandonment, etc. Jesus, by far had set the bar so high, that most of us aren't able to reach it.

Regardless of how many days, weeks, months, years that we dedicate ourselves to the truth. The Bible is the truth. Jesus is the truth, the way and the life. Yet, in reality, our Lord and Savior, wanted all of Gods children to look up and remember where we came from. And know who our true Father is.

Jesus, left behind his gospel of loving one another, being kind to one another and creating peace among one another. Many will detest this statement, but we are all HIS children. And we were suppose to be humanely. We were suppose to act godly, in goodly fashion.

Following Gods commands but not be too religious about things and life. That is why our Lord Christ Jesus gave us his commandments of; 1) Honor God with all thy heart, mind, soul and strength. 2) Honor thy Parents (your Father and Mother). 3) Love thy neighbor as thyself. Yet, we all fall short of these. We disobey Gods word and HIS Commandments, we end up disbelieving in God and creating other gods to keep us happy. And we turn away from HIM, for what?

For no good reason. Many of us turn away because of the fact that we are all becoming too extreme of believing in God and Christ. Many Christians have thrown stones to other people because of the fact that God doesn't like them or want them. In truth, God loves all humanity.

Only HE can hate, only HE can judge. Yet, we all act in HIS place. It is a far-cry. We are not perfect. The only one that is perfect is Christ Jesus.

HE is the one that died for our sins on the cross. HE rose from the grave so that we would not see death. HE ascended into heaven, so we can have faith in God again. When Jesus resurrected, HE promised that HE stated; "I have the power to lay-it-down and I have the power to lift-it-up..." Some people say that when Christ was nailed to the cross, as we have lifted him up to die for us, Jesus has the power to lay-us-down and lift-us-up.

But, HE spoke about the Spirit. If you believe in this or not? The truth is, Jesus was also talking about his body through the Spirit of God. What Jesus have taught us, is that HE has the Power. HE has the Glory.

The Fear of Judgement

Are you afraid of being judged? Do you have the confidence that God and Christ Jesus will judge you? Do you believe in God and Christ Jesus? Do you believe that there are three God heads in one? Do you believe that there is only one God?

Many people of today, aren't afraid of being judged. Why? Because, some people have faith that God will rescue them. Some believe that Jesus the Christ, will redeem them. In so doing, it is with faith and confidence that drives them.

Some people today, know that God and Christ Jesus will judge them. But, they only know that Jesus the Christ will judge them according to their works. Others, don't believe that this will happen to them when they die. Yet, how can anyone know? To know, you have to be in communication with God and Jesus in self.

Many, who are faithful to God and Jesus, knows and believe in God and Jesus. They know because they believe with their hearts and not with their minds. But, we can know with both mind and heart. Yet, what compels us to believe? It is through the spirit within.

The spirit inside ourselves is what compels us to do things. Is the spirit the Holy Spirit?
Not necessarily. The Holy Spirit, is an entity by itself. The Holy Spirit, has his own identity.

A lot of people believe in only one God. But, they name their god with different names. Why? To cause confusion. Their goal, is to drive people away from God.

Some believe that God is the Father of all humanity. Some believe that Jesus is the Father and the Only God. Some believe that the Holy Spirit is the Father and the Son in one. And, some believe that God is the Son and the Holy Spirit. But, some of them get confused to believe that Melchizedek is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Majority of people today, believe that there is only one God. Some believe like what is said earlier, that Jesus is the Only God. And again, some believe that the Holy Spirit is God himself. Furthermore, the belief comes to a point that Melchizedek is the true God. But, it is written in the scriptures, that each of them are equals.

There is no other above or below. They stand side-by-side. The reality is this, that if we stand side-by-side, as equals. Then, we are also equals with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. In order for us to stand as equals, we have to have faith and believe in the same God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Outcast or Denied

Today, there are more and more people who feel outcast. Some feel like they have been denied. And the reason is, lack of faith, lack of belief. Some say that atheists will go to hell. Or that atheists will be denied by God.

In truth, how do we know? We can not know what God knows about them. God knows so much about us, that we don't know about ourselves. And why is this? Self-righteousness.

It is self-righteousness and pride. Pride alone, is what will make anyone fall short. But, self-righteousness and pride can be forgiven by God. It is the commandment that man must be humble in his thoughts, feelings and actions. Therefore, outcast or denied, is only done by God or Jesus Christ alone.

They are the only ones who can judge us. They know our thoughts, feelings and actions. No matter what we think. No matter what we feel. No matter what we do.

God and Christ Jesus, alone knows. We can not out-think God and Christ. We can not out-feel God and Christ. We can not out-do God and Christ. There is no escape from God's hand.

But, God and Christ Jesus's messages are; to love, seek joy and happiness, have meekness, be humble, etc. More importantly, have faith and belief. Without love, we cannot find joy and happiness. If we cannot be meek? How can we be humble?

But, as we act with meekness. We are humbled. It is not about strength or brute-force. It is not being as a tyrantOr being a dictator.

Strength with God

As Christians, we find strength with God. We find also strength with Christ Jesus. Without strength, we will be weak. Yet, how do we find strength? We first, have to pray.

Although, strength is not physical strength. It is spiritual strength. Yet, most people get confused as to strength, being physical strength. The second, to find strength, is to read the scriptures. Reading the scriptures, will give us strength with understanding.

Third, to find strength, is sharing the scriptures. Most people fall short in sharing the scriptures. And sharing the scriptures is not about sharing with other Christians. It is sharing to those who doesn't believe in God. But, sharing to non-believers is a tough pill to swallow.

At most times, you will get chastised or ridiculed. Most times, you will be assaulted by non-believers. But, most times, it is those who believe in God and Christ that will give you strength. By the encouragement from other Christians will sharpen your faith. And this is not speaking about, your congregation.

It is fellow-shipping with Christians out-side of your congregation. In as much as possible, fellow-ship with others out-side your congregation. Doing this, will bring more insight and understanding. Instead of judgement. The true way of being a Christian, is to love everyone who we come across.

Regardless of their faith. With love, is the greatest gift that you can give to anyone. And to have compassion as well. Also, charity. But, some mistake charity as an organization.

Yet, charity is love. But, charity is also joy and happiness. Therefore, the whole point is; to give. If we offer our love, joy and happiness? Greater things will come to us.

Conclusion

In this article, you have learned why we walk by faith and not by sight. You have learned why we fear judgement. You have also learned why we feel outcast and denied. And also, you have learned why we have strength with God. Through-out this article, we hope that you have learned something to build your faith.

We also hope that you will have the power to go out and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. We also hope that what we have shared with you will build your faith, understanding, strengthen and so much more. Remember, prayer alone will not get anything done. But, you can pray, more so, it is what we think, feel and do will make a difference.

These are the Acts of Godliness. If we apply these things that you have learned? Your path with God, will be fulfilling. And spiritually up-lifting. Have a great day, enjoy!
